Wie können englischsprachige Uniabgänger aus dem Ausland in Deutschland einen Job finden?
Wohlgemerkt sie sprechen auch kein Deutsch! Wie sollten sie vor gehen?
Will meiner Freundin aus Sri Lanka helfen. Sie hat Psychologie studiert, hat aber noch keine Berufserfahrung.

Erstmal sollte sie Ihre Dokumente durch die Anabin Datenbank jagen, dann weiß sie ob der Abschluss anerkannt wird und wie.
Dann zum Max Mueller Bhavan (Goethe Institut) und Deutsch lernen.
Dann bräuchte Sie eine Verpflichtungserklärung von dir um ein Touristenvisum zu bekommen. Aus eigenen finanziellen Mitteln wird sie das kaum bestreiten können.
Na ja und natürlich vorher schon bei Firmen bewerben. Die meisten wollen aber tatsächlich ein Treffen hier in Deutschland.
Als was will sie überhaupt arbeiten?
Wahrscheinlich muss sie ihr Studium noch mal komplett neu machen.
Das indische bzw. Sri Lankische Studium wird hier aber nicht anerkannt.
War das ein Studium oder ein "Diploma"?
Daher wäre die Prüfung über Anabin der erste Schritt. Dann siehst du auch wie man ihr "Abitur" bzw. 10th passed und 12th passed einstuft bei uns. Gleiches für das Studium.
Mir ist aber noch eine andere Visumart eingefallen. Hier wird es finanziell aber auch wieder schwierig. Sie braucht ein deutsches Konto mit Sperrvermerk und benötigt sämtliche Mittel um ihren Aufenthalt bewältigen zu können.
Wenn sie z.B. Informatikerin oder Ingenieurin wäre, dann wäre das kein Problem, weil in großen Unternehmen, wo Informatiker und Ingenieure arbeiten, sowieso viel in Englisch abläuft.
Aber als Psychologin ist das extrem schwierig. Wie soll sie sich denn mit ihren Patienten verständigen?
Deutsch lernen ist das erste und dann kann sie hier als Putze arbeiten da ihr Studium hier nicht anerkannt werden wird, so wie es mit den meisten Ländern ist.
Die ARGE hat doch sehr deutlich zu verstehen gegeben, dass da aus mannigfaltigen Gründen nichts geht!
Was soll denn der Deutsche Staat mit einer nicht EU-Ausländerin, die nicht einmal Deutsch redet und zudem über keinerlei Berufserfahrung verfügt, anfangen?
Wer kommt für deren Unterhalt in Deutschland auf?
Würden Sie für Ihre ceylonesische Freundin bürgen und die Kosten übernehmen?
Sieht schlecht aus, wie will sie sich verständigen? Wird ihr Studium hier anerkannt? Sie wird keinen Arbeitgeber finden, geschweige sich selbstständig machen zu können.

Ich werte das auch nicht als sonderlich positive Auskunft.
